Advertising Consent

By this document, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, while also confirming my legal capacity, I hereby grant preliminary consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Federal Law "On Advertising" to receive advertising messages and any other promotional materials (hereinafter referred to as "Advertising") from the mobile application "Goal" through the following channels:

1. SMS messages;
2. Push notifications;
3. In-app messages;
4. Messengers;
5. Phone calls;
6. Email communications;

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the following:

1. Should I no longer wish to receive Advertising under the terms of this consent, I must deselect the checkbox labeled "I want to receive promotional and informational messages" by clicking on it;
2. I may adjust my advertising preferences or completely opt out of receiving Advertising at any time through the functionality provided in the relevant section of my Personal Account.

I further confirm that the phone number and/or email address I have provided to the "Organization" belong to me, and that any Advertising sent to these contacts is intended solely for my receipt and will not be received by third parties who have not granted the "Organization" prior consent to receive Advertising.
